How does the free trial work?
Sign up and use the full feature set of your chosen plan for 30 days – upload as many of your own specifications and tender documents as you like, no payment details required. The trial ends automatically; no subscription is created.
How does the page quota work?
Every edition includes a monthly page quota that resets automatically at the start of each month. If you exceed it, processing continues as a courtesy up to 150% of the quota – at no extra cost. From 150% onwards, only read access to existing content is available until the start of the next month; new processing, edits, reviews and exports pause until then. If you regularly need more, simply move up to the next edition.
Is there a monthly payment option?
Our editions are annual contracts billed yearly by invoice – that keeps prices fair and predictable. To try ReqCompass first, use the 30-day trial period with no payment details.
Can we change plans later?
At any time, effective from the next billing period – up or down. Your data, reviews and knowledge base are fully preserved.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You export your requirements, assessments and comments yourself at any time as Excel/CSV. After the contract ends we delete all customer data in accordance with the data processing agreement.
Are there discounts for pilot and reference customers?
Yes – we are currently looking for pilot and reference customers. During the pilot phase you use ReqCompass free of charge for a limited period, work with your own real documents and have direct influence on the product roadmap. As a reference customer you receive time-limited special conditions on the licence; in return we may name you as a customer – company name and logo, a short quote and occasional reference calls with prospective customers. Both are available separately or combined and are agreed in advance in a short pilot and reference agreement, so that both sides know where they stand. Get in touch.
